Clean the phone camera
As we are using the phone every day, camera lenses or casing get clogged very soon with fingerprints. It also will have stains and dirt. This eventually will reduce the quality of camera or focussing issues. To fix this problem, use a microfiber cloth and clean the camera lens and cover.
This will remove all the stains, making the camera to capture the QR code in a better way and log you in.
Update WhatsApp to the latest version
Go to Google play store and check if there is an update for the present version of WhatsApp that you are using. If so, go ahead and update as the older version could have bugs related to WhatsApp web, and it will be fixed with the newer version.
Generate a new QR code for WhatsApp Web
Another thing that you can do is to regenerate the QR code shown on screen. This can be done by clearing the cache of the browser and opening WhatsApp web again.
Connectivity issues can create no valid QR problem
Make sure that your PC/Laptop and the mobile phone that you are using to scan the QR code are connected to the network. If there is a problem with the network, then the QR code won’t be scanned properly, and you will see the no valid QR message.
Try clearing cache of WhatsApp
Go to phone Settings > Applications > WhatsApp > Storage > Clear Cache. Once the cache is cleared, reopen WhatsApp and try to scan the code again.
Restart the phone
In some cases, it could be an issue with laggy phone or applications. Some background process may be running which may prevent proper working of the camera. Restart the phone and try the process of scanning the QR code.

Uninstalling and reinstalling WhatsApp
