To do this, first unlock your phone which you are using Instagram. Click on the profile button in the bottom bar at the right. Now you will see your profile details. Now click on the 3 lines shown at the top right. You will see a list of settings pop up from the bottom. Click on “Settings and Privacy” button on the list.

In the “Settings and Privacy” there will be an option called “Account Center” Click on it. “Account center” page will open showing all your profile information. In this page you need to scroll down and click on “Password and Security” button

In the “Password and security” page under the “Security Checks” section, you will see an option saying “Where you’re logged in”. Click on that option and the resulting page will list all the devices that you are logged in with your Instagram account.

Closely check this page and try to find if there are any unknown devices listed here. If so, find the device and click on the arrow shown with it. Also, Instagram provides a list of unrecognized devices as a link, you can click on that link as well.

Click on the device, and you can log out from that device by clicking the “Log Out” button shown. One thing you can do is logout from all devices and change the password and login to the devices that are known to you again. Doing this will secure your account.
