Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 is one of the flagship foldable phone expected to be released this year. With a great form factor and robust design, Samsung has come a long way with its foldable. Leaked Specs of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5
As mentioned in the lean from TheGalox on Twitter, Z fold 5 will have the latest generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which is used in most premium phones this year. Other specifications include 12 GB DDR 5 RAM and 3 storage options ranging from 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB. Like the previous Galaxy Fold 4, the Fold 5 will also come with a triple camera setup.
The primary camera will be of 50 mega pixels, a 12MP ultra-wide camera and also a 10MP camera at the back. When it comes to a selfie camera, it is expected to be a hidden camera under the screen and will be a 10MP sensor. The primary camera will be able to record 8K at 30 FPS, which is better than the Galaxy fold 4.

When it comes to display, the Fold 5 will be having two displays like the previous model. The external display will be of 6.1 inches and the internal (foldable) display will have a size of 7.6 inch. Both will be AMOLED panels with a refresh rate of 120HZ. Display will be more durable with gorilla glass victus 2. Samsung have added IPX8 water resistance to the phone, which can protect the phone from any spills or splashes.
Galaxy Z Fold 5 will come with Android 13 out of the box, with One UI 5.1.1 on top. It will have support for S-Pen like the previous version. We will be getting more details on the phone once the release date nears. Battery capacity of this phone will be same as the previous version which is 4700 mAh.
Pricing and availability
Galaxy Z Fold 5 is expected to be priced at Rs 1,65,000 in India and will be available in the same colors as the Z fold 4.
